Poetry
Poetry is the language of my soul. It is how I write. I write mostly blank verse. Sometimes there is some rhyme. I believe poetry to be an experience we have and the rhyme becomes complete when the subject and the poet become one, or when the one who reads it reverberates through resonance and has a similar experience inside their universe. It is on the inside, your inside - the reader, where the rhyme of my poems form, where you have the experience. All that is essential takes place inside.
Philosophy & Self-help
phi·los·o·phy
Noun: philosophy - represents the study of the nature of knowledge, reality, and existence. Based on life experience I formed perspectives on our life's purpose, on who we are, how we transform and how we aquire knowledge, deal with symbols, existence, how we experience love. I recognise that the most important quest for me was to be able to realize who I am, trully. I devoted my life to it & I am fascinated by people who dag deep and did the same. This quest shines through in my writings and reputable literary critics have categorised this under philosophy.
Life writing & nonfiction
Suffice to say that when I migrated from Romania to England in 1998, the biggest part of my luggage was the stack of my doddering life writing diaries. I also write essays on topics such as Yoga and Science, Yoga and Management and published for the Asana Journal. In the times before emails I thoroughly enjoyed writing letters to my friends and this romantic way of communicating was also how my husband and I have courted.
